Fermented Pairings Series Vol. 25: Cupcakes and Beer
New to the Fermented Pairings Series, we are excited to introduce Daniela's Kitchen.

For the 25th installment in Fermented Pairings Series, White Labs Education and Engagement Curator Erik Fowler and Daniela of Daniela's Kitchen will deliver a unique and educational pairing using cupcakes and beer.

Join them for a 90-minute classroom setting that discusses the production of cupcakes along with the creative process and techniques for infusing one-of-a-kind flavors into these decadent bite-sized works of art. Learn proper tasting and pairing techniques as they pair four delicious creations with five White Labs beers.

Pairing #1: Churro cupcake with - Belgian Quad with WLP530 Abbey Ale Yeast
Pairing #2: Jalapeño bacon cupcake with - Breakfast stout with WLP013 London Ale Yeast
Pairing #3: Toffee Nutella with - E.S.B. with WLP085 English Ale Yeast Blend
Pairing #4: Fresas con crema with - Samu-Rye Brahmari collaboration
