The new fall series will start on Saturday, Sept. 22nd and runs through Sunday, November 4th, 2012 featuring family garden programs, live music series, activities for kids Tuesday - Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
Every Saturday this fall, SDCDM will host live music, a pumpkin patch complete with a creative carving station, hands-on gardening and craft activities, and lots of family fun at the museum’s 12,000 square-foot indoor/outdoor facility including the new Children’s Discovery Garden.
Seasonal pumpkins will be available for purchase and carving at the museum starting early October. Live music will feature Bluegrass, folk, country, and other local acoustic groups.
As part of the event series, SDCDM will host the 3rd Annual Fall Family Festival.
