Pre-existing Condition, a traveling art show to benfit type one diabetes research, is currently on display at the Whittier Institute for Diabetes. The exhibit is free and open to the public through May 22nd. All of the artists participating in the exhibition share a connection to diabetes, either by having the disease themselves or having a friend or relative with diabetes. Artworks featured in the show have been created specific for the event and express the artists perspective of the disease.
