Now through April 1st, 2013, the San Diego Botanic Garden presents Sculpture in the Garden, a unique display of sculptural creations carefully placed throughout the lush and natural 37-acre setting.
Now through April 1st, 2013, 23 regional artists will present their sculptures set against a beautiful backdrop of dragon trees, rare fruit gardens and other tranquil areas.
What makes this exhibition unique is that it is part of the fundraising effort for the Garden. It is a Phantom Gallery—a “gallery” exhibition in which artwork is integrated temporarily into a non-gallery venue—in this case an enchanting botanic garden. All of the artwork is for sale, so take a closer look the next time you visit.
