Five days a week docents from the museum lead fascinating Coronado Heritage Walks through the historic downtown, Star Park Circle and past oceanfront mansions, OR through the Hotel del Coronado.
The Coronado Heritage Walks are given every Wednesday at 2 p.m., and Fridays at 10:30 a.m. The Hotel del Coronado Tours are given by the museum’s trained docents on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m., and every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m.
All walking tour fees include a visit to the museum, where visitors can learn more about Coronado’s colorful history and former residents, and enjoy “Bicycles and Bloomers,” an exhibit about the revolutionary effects of the bicycle on society and gender roles in the 1890s.
