Description
This exhibit explores how the development of San Diego was shaped by its many military installations. Beginning with the Presidio in 1769 and ending with a look to the future redevelopment of downtown and the urban landscape, we highlight San Diego’s forts, camps and bases through photo, artifacts and text.
