In addition to a KPBS license plate frame, KPBS Supporters receive the KPBS MemberCard Plus. The KPBS MemberCard Plus offers two-for-one discounts at golf courses and bed and breakfasts in addition to all discounts and monthly special offers available with the regular MemberCard.
