Judge reverses pension benefits ruling

A San Diego judge reversed himself this week in a lawsuit filed by City Attorney Mike Aguirre to set aside pension benefit increases. Aguirre's contends the benefits were illegally granted. KPBS Reporter Amita Sharma has more.
