Merck loses another Vioxx case

Merck faces more than 16,000 lawsuits from people who say they suffered heart attacks or strokes after taking Vioxx. Law professor Bryan Liang speaks about the pair of losses that Merck suffered last week in lawsuits over the drug Vioxx.
