Every Thursday at this time KPBS checks in with Los Angeles Times San Diego Bureau Chief Tony Perry, who's embedded in Iraq with the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force from Camp Pendleton. Tony says the Marines he's with do think the change of Defense Secretary will improve the prospects for "success" if not "victory" in Iraq.
