SD County challenges California marijuana law

California's medical marijuana law is facing a legal challenge from the San Diego County Board of Supervisors. The board questions the legality of Prop. 215 and the medical pot ID law. Host Tom Fudge and his guests tackle the debate.

- Dion Markgraaf , San Diego director of Americans for Safe Access, a group that urges the federal government to back off its anti-medical marijuana actions. He opened San Diego County's first medical marijuana dispensary.
