Bond proposals to protect state from flood damage

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to put a series of bonds before voters that aim to protect the state form major flood damage. Today the governor's resources secretary visited San Diego to answer questions about how the bonds would benefit our region. KPBS reporter Beth Ford Roth has more.
