Random student drug testing begins in North County

Should students who participate in extra-curricular activities like the yearbook or theater have to consent to random drug testing in order to participate? Tom Fudge finds out about the mandatory random drug testing that's beginning in two North County schools.
- Lynn Goldberg , medical doctor and researcher from the Oregon Health Sciences University. He represents the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy.
- Pat Moramarco , athletic director and student drug testing coordinator at Vista High School. They will begin drug testing with their students during the first week of March.
- Jennifer Kern , research associate at the office of legal affairs with the Drug Policy Alliance
