New elementary schools go high tech

Students at Brooklyn Elementary in Golden Hill, Porter Elementary in Lincoln Park, and Edison Elementary in City Heights will be learning with high-tech teaching stations funded by a $1.51 billion measure passed by San Diego voters in 1998.
