It's no surprise that the inland areas of California use more water than the coastal regions. Host Tom Fudge speaks to Ellen Hanak from the PPIC and Bill Jacoby from the San Diego County Water Authority about the latest trends in water consumption.
- Ellen Hanak . Is an Economist with the Public Policy Institute of California. She was the lead researcher on a PPIC report called "Lawn and Water Demand in California."
- Bill Jacoby . Is the Director of Public Affairs and the former manager of the conservation program for the San Diego County Water Authority.
