After more than three years, the San Diego Airport Authority meets this morning to make its final recommendation on a site that voters should be asked to consider for a new international airport. A committee has recommended that the best option is joint use of Miramar. KPBS reporter Alison St John spoke with William Lynch, executive board member of the airport authority, and asked him if he had wished for a less controversial option.

Prop 82 would ensure preschool for all children
