SPECIAL COVERAGE: Living With Wildfires: San Diego Firestorm 10 Years Later

Final recommentation for airport site to be announced

After more than three years, the San Diego Airport Authority meets this morning to make its final recommendation on a site that voters should be asked to consider for a new international airport.

KPBS reporter Alison St John spoke with William Lynch, executive board member of the airport authority, and asked him if he had wished for a less controversial option.(click the "listen" icon to hear the story)
