Are you being watched? How? And by whom? Tom Fudge speaks with Deborah Hurley, an international expert in privacy and surveillance, to find out what human rights might violated by close-circuit TVs, "blue eyes" and GPS.
Deborah Hurley will be speaking on " Emerging Technologies, Surveillance and Self " tonight (June 29) at 7 pm at the Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice at the University of San Diego. The lecture is free and open to the public.
