The US Department of Justice has launched an investigation into "possible anti-competitive practices" by the online music industry. Host Tom Fudge speaks two experts about the federal investigation into possible price-fixing by the four major record labels.
- Aram Sinnreich . A Managing Partner of Radar Research, a LA-based research and consulting firm, specializing in media and technology.
- Chris Sterling . A professor of Media and Public Affairs at George Washington University. His research focuses mostly on electronic mass media history and policy.
