This is the thirteenth year for San Diego's critically acclaimed Latino Film Festival. Festival founder and director Ethan van Thillo joins host Tom Fudge to talk about the festival highlights.

The Latino Film Festival starts tonight, 3/9/06, and runs through March 19th. Films will screen at the UltraStar Cinemas at Hazard Center. Check their website for dates and times.
