Host Alison St. John speaks to Professors Mary Blair-Loy and Larry Hinman about the public conference they are organizing on stem cell research. The conference will focus on the social justice issues that relate to stem cell research.
The Public Conference entitled "Social Justice and Stem Cell Research: Who Gains? Who Loses?," will take place this Saturday, May 13 at UCSD. The conference is free, but registration is required at ethicscenter.net .

- Mary Blair-Loy (left) is an associate professor of Sociology at UCSD and an Episcopal priest who works with the Episcopal Student Association at UCSD.
- Larry Hinman is a professor of Philosophy and Director of the Values Institute at the University of San Diego. He co-directs the Center for Ethics in Science and Technology.
