Since 2003, the Port of San Diego has been commissioning some unusual works of art for the Embarcadero – urban tree sculptures. In our next story, we revisit artist James Frost and his whimsical tree named “Arbor Urbanus Metallicus Number Four.” Videographer Robert Hotz gives Full Focus a report on the sculpture.
