Wildfires are going to be a bigger part of our lives due to global warming. That’s the word from scientists gathering in San Diego this week. Some 1500 fire experts are convening for the third International Fire Ecology and Management Congress. Full Focus reporter Rebecca Tolin talks with one of the speakers at the conference, local ecologist Rick Halsey. He has been studying the devastating effects of the 2003 Cedar Fire.
