Professor Details Life at Baghdad University

Tom Fudge : As bad as things were for residents of Baghdad under Saddam Hussein, they are now much worse. That’s according to Naba Saleem Hamid, a professor of biology at the University of Baghdad. She’s in California to talk about human rights issues and about the fears and hardships that she and her Baghdad neighbors face every day.

Dr. Hamid will give a lecture at SDSU’s Cross-Cultural Center (room GMCS-333) on Thursday, November 30th at 7 p.m. It is open to the public.
