A popular and fictional television series has had a powerful influence on real life. The show is called CSI, and if you haven’t seen it, it means crime scene investigation where the focus is on examining forensic evidence from the crime scene to solve a case. Forensic investigators on TV rely heavily on fingerprints and lab tests. Host Gloria Penner explores what really happens off screen.
