Reporters Discuss Escondido Housing Ordinance

The Escondido City Council approved a controversial ordinance Wednesday that would bar landlords from renting to undocumented immigrants. Escondido is the first city in the state to pass such a law. Reporter Amita Sharma talks with reporters about the controversial ordinance.
