Inmates at California state prison facilities are dying at an unusually high rate. Authorities say at least one inmate dies, every week, in the prison health care system. KPBS Morning Anchor Dwane Brown wraps up our series on California's troubled prison system. He spoke with Robert Sillen the federal receiver who took control in April of the health care system that serves 33 state prisons.
