In five years, it is expected that the City of San Diego's landfill will be full. What will we do about that? The city says we're going to pile garbage higher and expand the landfill. Is there anything else that can be done? KPBS reporter Joanne Faryon is here to talk about some alternatives that might force San Diego residents to make some tough choices.
