New San Diego Port Commissioner Discusses Future Plans

Alison St John (Guest Host): Laurie Black is sworn in today as the newest member of the San Diego Port Commission . She was appointed unanimously by the San Diego City Council last week. She starts at a critical time when the Port Commission will be making decisions about several key projects that will radically affect San Diego.
