Solana Beach Votes on Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance

Tom Fudge:  Yesterday, residents of Solana Beach went to the polls in a special election.  They were voting on whether to pass an anti-mansionization ordinance. The ordinance would limit the size of homes near the beach.

Last we heard, the election was too close to call.
