Alison St John (Guest Host):  One of the more unsettling trends in this country is the widening gap between the rich and the poor. Not to mention the shrinking middle class. One factor contributing to this is the enormous salaries that CEOs of major companies now command -- $15 million a year is the average salary of a Fortune 500 top executive.  And, in some cases, those exorbitant salaries don't seem to have anything to do with good performance.  Here to talk with us about CEO salaries -- and attempts to rein in the madness -- is Neil Senturia, a serial entrepreneur who teaches entrepreneurship at San Diego State's MBA program.
