A Red Flag warning of high fire danger has been issued for Los Angeles, Ventura, San Diego and San Bernardino counties.

The National Weather Service says winds could gust up to 70 miles per hour through mountain passes and canyons.

They're less severe than the winds that stoked last month's devastating wildfires. Humidity levels are also expected to fall by this afternoon.

About 800 firefighters are camping near Camarillo Airport in case of any wildfires, along with other fire crews across other Southern California.
