Was it legal for Duke University's golf team to remove Rudy Giuliani's son from the roster? The question is being asked now in a North Carolina federal court. And it's a case similar to one recently addressed by a California appeals court, over whether one of six producers of an Oscar-winning film could force the Motion Picture Academy to give him a statue.
