Chinese-American Falls in Love with True Chinese Cuisine

Tom Fudge : Jen Lin-Liu grew up in San Diego and she's now living in Beijing, operating a cooking school and working as a food writer. Jen graduated with a journalism degree from Columbia University not knowing where her reporting talents would take her.

But then she went to China, her parents' native land, where she fell in love with the cuisine. She's written a book that examines her own life and the world of Chinese food. Today she's back in her home town to talk about it.
