A San Diego-based company is having an Eco-Fair Wednesday to train employees on sustainable environmental practices.

The Eco-Fair will be attended by 500 Petco employees.

Jennifer Schwab lives in San Diego and works with the Sierra Club Green Home sustainability program and she'll be sharing information to motivate the employees to go "green."

"What I'd like to encourage them to think about is to change their mindset," Schwab said. "That every little thing and every little change counts. Because with every little change you make it it perpetuates into bigger changes."

Schwab says recycling, using low-flow water fixtures and using compact fluorescent light bulbs are examples of small changes people can make to help the environment.
