Deal With It Cate Blanchett, Yells Tracy Morgan

Last night's Golden Globes ceremony was a pleasant if mediocre three hours of television, with some high and low points.  Mickey Rourke's win for The Wrestler and his acceptance speech in which he thanked his dogs was a high point. Bruce Springsteen was there and he won for his original song for The Wrestler ( high point) .   Drew Barrymore had incredibly bad hair, as did Renee Zellweger (two hight points).  But the highest point of the night, the acceptance speech zenith, was definitely Tracy Morgan on 30 Rock's win for Best Television Series, Musical or Comedy.   For your viewing pleasure:

I have to disagree about Drew. I think she looked better than I've seen her in a long time. Renee looked awful. My friend commented "that's an unhappy woman." And an unhappy dress. But I agree that Morgan's speech stole the show.

What's the deal with the Cate Blanchette comment?

I agree with Beth. Drew looked happy, I loved her dress, and the hair was appropriately crazy. I applaud risk-taking!
