Sacramento Reporter Marianne Russ Previews State of the State Address

Maureen Cavanaugh: There's something already unusual about the State of the State speech the Governor will deliver this morning. The annual address is usually given the first week of the new year. This year, however, it was pushed back, and the speculation is that Governor Schwarzenegger was really hoping he would not have to go before the public without a midyear budget deal in hand. As we await the State of the State address, which should begin at about 10 this morning, let's go to Sacramento to speak with reporter Marianne Russ, with Capital Public Radio.
