S.D. County Reports 2 more H1N1 Deaths, Bringing Total to 9

SAN DIEGO — Two more deaths associated with the swine flu pandemic have occurred in the San Diego area, bringing the total number of local fatal cases to nine, according to the county Health and Human Services Agency.

The latest victims -- a 57-year-old man and a 25-year-old man -- both had multiple underlying medical conditions, according to the HHSA.
