Alan Ray: It was the late Boston Congressman and House Speaker Tip O'Neil who said, "All politics is local." That may be nowhere more evident, or more true, than in the huge federal stimulus package approved in Congress without a single Republican vote in the House. But there certainly are other national issues that play large on the local stage: immigration, unemployment, and the housing crisis. We're joined on These Days by two members of the San Diego congressional delegation.
