San Diegan Sharon Guillory says Congress needs to take action. She says too many families just can't afford health insurance. And Guillory believes critics of reform are crazy.

"And what's happening with our families today is destroying us," says Guillory. "If it was your child, what would you do? If it was your mother, your daughter? They're not thinking that way. I think it's selfish, and they need to wake up."

House Democrats say they're still counting votes. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi thinks the health reform bill will pass.
