Above: USGS map shows the size and location of a moderate earthquake that struck near Ocotillo on November 4, 2010.
An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 4.6 struck near Ocotillo at 12:40 p.m., and was felt throughout San Diego County, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
There have been no reports of damage or injuries.
