Housing Market Meltdown Hits Troops Harder

Military families don’t often have the luxury of deciding when they’re going to move. They get their orders, and must pack up and leave, often being forced to sell their home in the process. This makes them much more vulnerable to the fluctuations in the housing market, according to Holly Petraeus.
