Virtual Reality Helps Wounded Warriors in San Diego

Wounded warriors who have lower leg amputations are participating in a groundbreaking study at Naval Medical Center San Diego. Called the Postural Active Disturbance Study, researchers hope what they learn will help injured troops gain confidence in their prosthetic devices (read more).
