Above: Westboro Baptist Church protest
A bill that would limit the ability of the Westboro Baptist Church to protest military funerals is awaiting the signature of President Barack Obama.
Under the measure, protesters would be banned from picketing military funerals both two hours before and two hours after the funeral. Demonstrators would also have to stay at least 300 feet away from the families of the fallen.
The president is expected to sign “The Honoring America’s Veterans and Caring for Camp Lejeune Families Act” by month's end.
If that doesn't work, there are always the zombies...

Obama is not a civil libertarian. He will sign it.
