Pegi And Neil Young’s Concert For The Bridge School

Above: Every year, musician Neil Young and his wife Pegi (pictured on stage), organize the Bridge School Benefit Concert, an all-acoustic, nonprofit charity event held in October at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California.

Organized by musician Neil Young and his wife Pegi, the Bridge School Benefit Concert is an annual, nonprofit charity event held every October to raise funds for the school’s programs for the communicative and educational development of children with severe speech and physical impairments.

Some of the biggest names in music participate in these all-acoustic concerts held at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California. The anniversary concert special includes performances that span the past 25 years.

Performers include Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam, David Bowie, Emmylou Harris, Bonnie Raitt, Tom Petty, Paul McCartney, Neil Young and others.

• “Born in the USA” - Bruce Springsteen

• “Better Man” – Pearl Jam

• “Heroes” – David Bowie

• “Love Hurts” – Emmylou Harris

• “The Road’s My Middle Name" – Bonnie Raitt

• “Surfin’ USA” – Brian Wilson (with ensemble)

• “Sense of Purpose” – The Pretenders

• “Fire & Rain" – James Taylor

• “America” – Simon & Garfunkel

• "Get Back” – Paul McCartney

• “Shadow of a Doubt” – Tom Petty

• "Crime in the City” – Neil Young
