Hospital Construction At Camp Pendleton Impacts Base Traffic (Video)
Officials at Camp Pendleton are testing out new traffic patterns today and Friday, to help the construction crew building the base's new hospital. The traffic patterns test is a way to help the crew figure out the best way to avoid traffic headaches when they begin construction on the road nearest the new hospital at the end of August.
