In each episode, Andreas makes tantalizing dishes in stunning outdoor locations using locally sourced vegetables, grains, fish and wild game. This season, Andreas also makes special trips to Scotland and Japan, where chefs use Norway's chief export — fish — in unexpected ways ways.

"Popular Sausage" - Sausages serve a special function in Norway, both as an everyday meal and as festive food. In this episode, Andreas discovers the culture and history behind a well-made sausage. He bakes potato pancakes and makes homemade mustard, essential companions for the three types of tasty sausages he prepares.
