John Brooks (D)

Public and community service is a tradition in my family. I come from a family filled with veterans and union workers. I served my country proudly for 30 years in the United States Department of the Interior, retiring as a Special Agent. After 9/11, I volunteered to serve as an Air Marshall so that I could do my part and help people feel safe flying again. I was raised to serve and support the community, which is why I am running for Congress now.

Unemployment runs rampant, and our children are being denied the basic education needed to be successful. By investing in education we can build our future while putting people back to work now.

This election isn’t about sending an individual to Congress, it is about sending important issues to Congress. Like education. Like jobs. Like making our families and community a priority so they can prosper. It is about your voice being heard. I ask for your vote, and the privilege of representing the 51st District.
