AMERICA’S TEST KITCHEN FROM COOK'S ILLUSTRATED, public television's most-watched cooking show, returns with 26 original episodes. Host Christopher Kimball and test kitchen cooks Bridget Lancaster, Julia Collin Davison, Rebecca Hays and Yvonne Ruperti deconstruct America's favorite recipes to reveal the secrets to foolproof cooking at home.

America’s Test Kitchen Feed

America’s Test Kitchen Feed is a destination for free recipes and food stories from the crew at America’s Test Kitchen–we’ll be featuring everything from how to make homemade bacon jam to how to solve kitchen problems with a hairdryer. You’ll also get a glimpse of exclusive, behind-the-scenes snapshots of life at the Test Kitchen.

In addition to the popular segments viewers love and trust — Adam Ried's equipment reviews, Jack Bishop's taste-tests and Doc Willoughby's science behind cooking segments — the 12th season includes the new "Do It Yourself" segment in which newcomer Bryan Roof makes many common ingredients.

"Salmon And Sole" - Host Christopher Kimball visits a Boston fishmonger to discover the truth about farm-raised salmon. Then, test cook Julia Collin Davison shows Chris how to make perfect Glazed Salmon.

Next, tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges Chris to a tasting of tuna. And finally, test cook Bridget Lancaster uncovers the secrets to the ultimate Baked Sole Fillets with Herbs and Bread Crumbs.
