‘Salad For Dinner’ Author Serves Up A Main Course

What does it take to make a great salad, especially one that is the main meal? We find out with our guest, author Jeanne Kelley, author of Salads for Dinner. She'll be a guest chef at Chino Farms Good Earth, Great Chef series in June. We've done several shows focused on the urban farming movement. More people are growing their own produce or subscribing to CSA programs-buying monthly boxes of fresh, locally-grown fruits and vegetables or just stocking up at their local farmers market. We take a look at what you can do with all that produce.
